Students are not the church of tomorrow...
They are the church TODAY. They are the leaders of tomorrow, but their role in the church is just as valuable as those who lead the church today. Because we believe this to be true, Centennial Association makes discipling students a priority. We are available for training or to help your student ministry any way that we can.
EQUIP2025
September 5-6
Antioch Baptist Church
Jesus’ last words before he ascended into heaven instructed his followers to go and make disciples, baptizing them and teaching them all he commanded. As followers of Jesus, we are commanded to go, as well. Where will you go?
Save the dates and plan to join us for EQUIP2025!
We are excited to announce our speaker for EQUIP2025…
Jordan Sauceda
Pastor Jordan Sauceda is from Tulsa, Oklahoma. He served for 10 years as a Youth and Music minister in several Baptist churches in Texas and Oklahoma. After graduating from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, he and his wife Becky moved to NYC to become NAMB church planting missionaries in the Bronx. Jordan planted Everlasting Church in the Central Bronx in 2017. They are reaching the lost for Jesus in their extremely multicultural community through English classes, food assistances, and free children’s programs.
As you prepare to bring your students to EQUIP2025, here are a few things you will want to consider:
We are asking every church to consider planning a mission trip or community outreach event BEFORE coming to EQUIP2025. If we are asking our students the question “Where will you GO?”, we need to have some options for them to sign up for.
At some point closer to the event, we will reach out to see what you have planned so we can inform the students of their options. The idea is that you will plan something that your students can do, but with extra space for students from other churches to join you.
Mission trips and outreach events can be as simple as a one afternoon event in your own community. But we also hope some options will be short term mission trips to another state or region in Georgia. Some of you may even plan an international trip. If you need help with ideas or planning, please contact Steve at CBA.
In preparation to talk about a life on mission, Pastor Dave George from Graceview Church has made available to you free of charge a four-week Bible study entitled REMADE that he wrote and printed himself. The Leader Guide can be accessed HERE. Copies of the student guide are available free of charge by request. We are thankful for this resource and hope you take advantage of it.

Do you know a young person whom God is calling to vocational ministry?
Are you willing to mentor young people as they pursue God's call?
Called Cohorts are monthly Zoom calls designed to give young people the skills needed to follow God's call on their lives. God is calling middle schoolers, high schoolers, college students, and young adults to serve him, and we want to help. Leaders are needed to guide students through the process. We also need your help connecting us to students who want to be a part of a Called Cohort.
Contact Steve at cbaamsteve@gmail.com or 770-314-6107 for more information.
